Are you in highschool, who is looking to play tennis on the collegiate level or do you just want to improve your game overall? Fitness is a huge part of the tennis game. A tennis player needs the ability to change directions, accelerate, deaccelerate, adapt to rigorous conditions/situations etc. in order come out on top.
Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, Andre Agassi all have a fitness trainer working with them in order to maximize their performance on the courts, and they would not be where they are today without one. David Ferrer is a perfect example of a tennis professional, whom is in incredible shape for his age (32), and is in better shape than a lot of the younger professional tennis athletes on the tour. Without David Ferrer's elite fitness, he would not have the edge against the other players.
I offer private lessons, and semi-private lessons. If you are interested in the fitness portion of tennis, I offer a package, which includes private tennis lessons, and personal training sessions. We may be on the courts for our training sessions, on a track, in the gym, depending what season you are in, and what your goals are.
